How do you price commercial cleaning?

Every workspace is a little different. We look at square footage, floor types, the number of restrooms/breakrooms and how often you want service, and any add-ons. We’ll then send a clear, itemized quote—no surprises.

Can you clean after hours or early mornings?

Yes. Most of our clients prefer before-open or after-close service. We’ll match your alarm/entry procedures and work around staff schedules, meetings, and deliveries.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

We bring commercial-grade, low-odor products, microfiber cloths, HEPA vacuums, and color-coded restroom tools. If your facility requires specific brands (healthcare, labs, food prep), we can use your approved products instead.

Can you restock paper goods and soap?

Yes. We can track and restock restroom and breakroom consumables (paper towels, tissue, soap, liners) using your inventory.

What’s included in a standard service?

Nightly (or scheduled) service typically covers trash/recycle removal, disinfecting high-touch points, dusting reachable surfaces, restroom cleaning and restocking, breakroom/kitchenette wipe-down, glass spot-cleaning, and floor care (vacuum/mop). We build a checklist that fits your space.
